Senior Director of Mass Retail

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Mass Retail North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver annual retail sales and net sales targets while managing P&L for key retailers
• Define and execute tailored channel strategies for assortment, merchandising, and pricing
• Build and empower a high-performing team while managing relationships with retailer partners

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in high-growth CPG/consumer brands with multi-retailer ownership
• Proven leadership skills in hiring, coaching, and developing talent
• Expertise in full P&L ownership, pricing/promo strategies, and retail media
• Deep retail expertise, particularly with Walmart and/or Target
• Working knowledge of retail analytics and media platforms
