A company is looking for a Luxury Sales Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide information to guests to promote products and secure reservations
- Manage incoming calls and respond to client pre-departure inquiries
- Maintain KPIs in a high-volume inbound call center
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of travel industry or call center experience in a sales capacity
- Luxury travel or luxury retail experience preferred
- Receptive to coaching and motivated to improve
- Available to work standard hours on Pacific Time, including 1-2 Saturdays a month
- Access to high-speed, ethernet-connected internet
