Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities while providing customer support for expansion and upsell
- Collaborate with current customers to understand their needs and generate additional sales
- Participate in industry events and maintain updated customer databases to keep the sales team informed
Required Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of product functional capabilities and technical architecture
- Understanding of the sales enablement landscape and related business/technology drivers
- Experience in responding to RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs
- Ability to maintain and improve existing customer relations
- Experience in sales processes, including order review and customer inquiries
