Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales models in collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance teams
- Support Sales Compensation strategy, plan design, and quota distribution to align with go-to-market strategies
- Lead a global team by establishing key initiatives and ensuring accountability through regular meetings
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a related role (Rev Ops, Finance, Comp, Strategy)
- 5+ years of experience directly leading a Rev Ops, Operations, or Finance organization
- People management experience across multiple geographies
- Demonstrated ability to define and implement sales processes and metrics for performance monitoring
- 10% travel required
