Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive to join their remote-first team and drive sales of their innovative technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead handoff, focusing on demonstration, negotiation, and closing
  • Deliver compelling, value-driven product demonstrations and manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to drive growth and contribute to the company culture
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a closing role with a proven track record of meeting quotas
  • Deep understanding of value-based sales methodologies, particularly GAP Selling
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM or similar for pipeline management and reporting
  • Proven ability to deliver compelling SaaS product demonstrations and diagnose client challenges
  • Experience or interest in gamification, employee engagement, or sales performance platforms is a bonus
