Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales cycle from lead handoff, focusing on demonstration, negotiation, and closing
- Deliver compelling, value-driven product demonstrations and manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to drive growth and contribute to the company culture
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a closing role with a proven track record of meeting quotas
- Deep understanding of value-based sales methodologies, particularly GAP Selling
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM or similar for pipeline management and reporting
- Proven ability to deliver compelling SaaS product demonstrations and diagnose client challenges
- Experience or interest in gamification, employee engagement, or sales performance platforms is a bonus
