Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director, Captive Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, educate, and develop strong broker partners
- Drive sales of captive and self-funded healthcare solutions within an assigned territory
- Manage a sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Required Qualifications:
- At least two (2) years of experience in health plan captive sales; five (5) years preferred
- Five (5) years' experience in the self-insured market preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent military service or work experience
