Key Responsibilities
- Guide Account Executives in developing a robust sales pipeline and achieving revenue goals
- Conduct team meetings and provide coaching to enhance performance and accountability
- Collaborate with various departments to improve sales processes and support marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a SaaS/technology sales position with complex sales cycles
- Previous sales management experience preferred
- Experience selling to private/independent schools preferred
- Proven ability to run an effective sales process for both strategic and high-volume transactions
- Strong mentoring, coaching, and leadership skills
