Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Manager - Transformers/EBOS to lead market expansion efforts and build client relationships in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities with transformer OEMs, utilities, and EPCs
- Define annual sales plans and lead cross-border sales initiatives to align strategies between the U.S. and global manufacturing hubs
- Cultivate relationships with VP-level executives and represent the company at industry events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of sales experience in the transformer or heavy electrical equipment sector
- Strong background in selling to transformer OEMs, EPCs, or utilities
- Demonstrated success in complex solution selling and technical proposal development
- Deep knowledge of U.S. grid modernization programs and renewable integration
