Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage high-volume prospecting through cold calls, emails, and other channels
- Partner closely with sales executives and marketing to implement creative outreach strategies for inbound leads
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets while maintaining accurate records of sales activities via Salesforce.com
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years' experience in a business development or lead generation position
- Ability to generate cold and warm leads
- Experience in the health insurance space is a plus
- Experience working for a software or SaaS-based company is a bonus
