- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members while setting clear goals and expectations
- Collaborate with senior managers on strategic plans and monitor team performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years' experience in sales or corporate management roles
- Experience conducting performance reviews
- Competency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Experience with dialer systems, NICE preferred
