Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for strategic partnerships and new initiatives
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of new initiatives, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals
• Develop tools and processes to facilitate consistent evaluation and rapid movement on new business opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations with a proven track record of scaling initiatives
• Experience in consulting, investing, or corporate strategy with strong healthcare operational knowledge
• Ability to manage large-scale initiatives from concept through launch and iteration
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with financial models and market analyses
• Experience in oncology value-based care or related fields is preferred
