Sales Director - Target

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Director for Target.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts at Target and other identified customers
• Collaborate with customers to foster partnerships and execute annual business plans
• Manage JBP partnerships and oversee shipment forecasting and revenue planning

Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in CPG Sales and/or Retail Merchant/Buyer
• Proven track record of success working with Target
• Deep understanding of Target's financials and JBP
• Ability to influence cross-functionally and build company capabilities
• Strong negotiation skills and a passion for building transformational brands
