Job Summary
A company is looking for an Area Sales Director, Commercial Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve quotas
- Develop and implement a sales playbook for the SMB market
- Oversee the sales cycle and foster relationships with key prospects
Required Qualifications:
- Strong software sales experience with leadership and management skills
- Experience in B2B sales of networking and/or security solutions
- A minimum of 2 years managing an individual contributor sales team
- Channel recruitment and enablement experience with a track record of success
- Computer Science or Engineering degree or relevant work experience is advantageous
