Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives focused on consultative selling and customer value
- Develop and execute sales strategy, crafting go-to-market plans for the composable AI platform
- Oversee pipeline management, ensuring consistent growth and accurate reporting
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of sales experience in technical SaaS, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role
- Proven track record of leading teams to exceed quota in enterprise software
- Deep understanding of complex sales cycles with Fortune 1000 or high-growth tech companies
- Ability to articulate technical value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking and experience developing sales strategies for evolving products
