Remote Reservations Sales Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Area Reservations Sales Agent (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Create personalized guest reservations experiences by accurately inputting guest information
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding reservations, availability, and pricing
• Achieve revenue goals and pursue outbound revenue opportunities through lead management

Required Qualifications

• One year of experience in a hospitality or reservations position, preferably at a luxury resort
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office
• Experience with Opera Cloud and Revinate is highly preferred
• Ability to create professional business correspondence
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills with a positive phone manner
