A company is looking for a Head of Builder Sales to lead its sales strategy and execution focused on the nation's largest homebuilders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the builder sales strategy targeting national and regional builders
- Lead sales engagement and negotiate enterprise-wide builder partnerships to drive revenue growth
- Build and manage a high-performing builder sales team while driving pipeline development and execution
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably in residential construction or smart home technology
- Proven track record of scaling sales with national and regional builders
- Strong network and experience managing national builder accounts and integrator networks
- Experience launching new markets or channels is highly desirable
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and Gong.io for sales enablement is preferred
