Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Support Agent for Pet insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing members to resolve payment issues and retain business
• Assist customers with inquiries and encourage enrollment in new or upgraded insurance products
• Maintain member information in CRM systems and handle inquiries with professionalism

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Property and Casualty license required in all 50 states
• Previous inside sales, help desk, or customer service experience
• Experience in the financial services or insurance industry preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is a plus
