Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Support Agent for Pet insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing members to resolve payment issues and retain business
- Assist customers with inquiries and encourage enrollment in new or upgraded insurance products
- Maintain member information in CRM systems and handle inquiries with professionalism
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Property and Casualty license required in all 50 states
- Previous inside sales, help desk, or customer service experience
- Experience in the financial services or insurance industry preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is a plus
