Job Summary
A company is looking for a Homeownership Specialist who will facilitate the home buying and selling experience for clients while promoting cross-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handles high volume inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other communications
- Builds rapport with clients by providing personalized customer service
- Assists clients with the pre-qualification process and coordinates with team members to locate appropriate resources
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in mortgage, real estate, or hospitality preferred
- Demonstrated ability to guide clients through a complex process required
- Spanish bilingual skills a plus
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
