Key Responsibilities
- Support servicing and account administration for clients, partners, and brokers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate client requirements and ensure accurate information is available for effective plan design
- Maintain client records and assist in the implementation of new clients and processing renewals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Two years of customer service or client service experience
- Ability to quickly learn products, services, and internal systems
- Experience managing multiple concurrent account implementations
- Understanding of business objectives and the business environment
- Proficient with MS Office applications, including word processing and spreadsheets
