Job Summary
A company is looking for a Group Sales Manager, Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new group and convention leads through various outreach methods
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and industry partners
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects and provide leads to the on-site sales team
Required Qualifications, Training & Education
- 3-5 years of current hotel or resort sales experience in the Silicon Valley market
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
- Demonstrated success in proactive sales and lead generation
- Strong knowledge of Silicon Valley corporate and tech markets
- Proficiency with hotel CRM and sales systems preferred
