Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Deal Desk to lead the strategy and operations of its global deal support function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing Deal Desk team while partnering with Sales, Finance, and Legal on deal policies and pricing guidelines
- Oversee the end-to-end deal process and manage approval workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Drive the implementation and optimization of sales technologies to streamline the quote-to-cash process
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or related functions, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of SaaS pricing, discounting, and revenue recognition principles
- Proven ability to partner effectively with senior-level stakeholders in Sales, Finance, and Legal
- Hands-on experience with CPQ systems and Salesforce CRM
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across functions and drive organizational change
