Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of SDRs to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement inbound and outbound prospecting strategies
  • Analyze data to identify trends and report on SDR performance to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with experience in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role
  • Minimum of 3 years managing or leading an SDR/BDR team
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of sales development processes and lead qualification frameworks
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
