A company is looking for a Director of Sales Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of SDRs to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement inbound and outbound prospecting strategies
- Analyze data to identify trends and report on SDR performance to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with experience in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role
- Minimum of 3 years managing or leading an SDR/BDR team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales development processes and lead qualification frameworks
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
