Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Partner Engagement & Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts to acquire new referral partners and maintain a robust pipeline for targeted loan volumes
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for referral partners, driving measurable outcomes and overseeing onboarding
• Monitor and analyze partner performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design standardized evaluation frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in small business lending, including SBA programs
• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem management
• Proven experience working with equipment financing and referral partners
• Strong business development and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
