Key Responsibilities
- Architect the go-to-market operating model, ensuring alignment and efficiency across the revenue lifecycle
- Own the revenue intelligence strategy, providing actionable insights for the executive team and sales and marketing
- Lead sales and marketing operations, including forecasting and pipeline management, while embedding AI into processes
Required Qualifications
- 20+ years in Sales and/or Marketing Operations/Analytics, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience in driving AI adoption and integration in a commercial or operations function
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and integrated go-to-market tech stacks
- Proven ability to translate data and AI insights into narratives for executive decision-making
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with a track record of driving measurable growth outcomes
