Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enablement Specialist responsible for developing tools and training to empower the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and administration of the learning and content management platform
  • Project manage enablement deliverables and maintain internal knowledge systems
  • Develop and optimize sales enablement programs tailored to different stages of the sales cycle
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or product marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
  • Experience in developing and delivering training and content
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics and B2B sales cycles
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger
  • Experience with content management platforms like Seismic or similar
