Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Renewal Sales Leadership to optimize sales processes for retention and expansion
- Work cross-functionally to enhance outcomes through process redesign and analytics-driven improvements
- Develop and maintain operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations/Revenue Operations and Renewals Strategy roles
- Proven ability to drive improvements in Renewals workflows through project management
- Expertise in Salesforce.com and related sales tech tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or engineering; MBA optional
- Strong organizational skills with an analytical mindset
