Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to support their sales operations team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage private offers through Tackle.io for cloud marketplaces like Azure and AWS
• Collaborate with support teams to review commercial terms and ensure compliance with bookings policy
• Monitor private offer metrics and provide support during peak periods to ensure operational coverage

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Sales Support within a SaaS or Cloud-focused organization
• Hands-on experience with Tackle.io and Salesforce CRM and CPQ, with familiarity in Cloud Marketplaces
• Solid understanding of pricing fundamentals and experience in reviewing pricing proposals
