Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team focused on delivering robust technical solutions for Go-To-Market (GTM) stakeholders
• Drive cross-functional alignment by building strong relationships with GTM stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements that enhance operational efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, systems management, or GTM operations
• 5+ years of people management experience with a proven ability to develop high-performing technical teams
• Deep understanding of GTM processes including Quote to Cash and Revenue Operations
• Extensive experience with Salesforce and other GTM tools
• Proficiency with work management processes and agile methodology
