A company is looking for an Account Development Representative II.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to target assigned accounts and build relationships with prospects
- Research and understand prospects' Human Capital Management needs to identify new sales opportunities
- Maintain pipeline data and update daily activity in CRM to support the sales process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business preferred or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B and HCM SaaS
- Strong prospecting and financial analysis skills
- Proficiency with standard office applications and CRM tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
