A company is looking for a Senior Director of Enterprise Sales to lead its Enterprise team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of 6-8 Enterprise sellers
  • Oversee strategic account planning and support sellers in building C-level relationships
  • Refine sales methodology and establish best practices for the Enterprise segment
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, with at least 5 years in a management role
  • Proven success in building and leading teams selling to Fortune 1000 or global accounts
  • Expertise in managing complex sales cycles with senior executives
  • Track record of new business acquisition and account expansion
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
