Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts and Renewal Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead re-contracting processes for existing customers
• Develop strategies to streamline the re-contracting process
• Manage end-to-end annual renewal cycle for SMB customers

Required Qualifications:

• 4 to 7 years of experience in contract management
• Proven Salesforce experience
• Experience in a SaaS environment is highly preferred
• Strong customer-facing communication abilities
