Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy aligned with sales and growth objectives
- Manage the entire partner lifecycle, including outreach, negotiation, and ongoing performance management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy and partner enablement
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partner management, business development, or related roles
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing a team or partner program
- 3+ years of experience in the Office of the CFO technology or planning space
- Proven track record of scaling a successful partner ecosystem in a high-growth environment
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
