Business Development Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor performance and manage employee compliance with safety protocols
• Lead cross-functional teams to enhance program delivery and resolve business issues
• Monitor program Key Performance Indicators and prepare status reports for senior management

Required Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience plus 7 years in energy efficiency programs or related fields; or 11 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience managing vendor performance and leading cross-functional teams
• Energy Efficiency or Electric Vehicle program experience
• Management/leadership experience
• Valid US driver's license
