A company is looking for a Sales & Membership Support Associate to assist prospective members and support marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery calls with prospective members and guide them through the application process
- Support event presence by coordinating logistics and building relationships at tradeshows and industry events
- Manage lead follow-up and maintain accurate data in the CRM for effective communication and outreach
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or member acquisition, preferably in a community or entrepreneurial setting
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of conversations and convert leads through various outreach methods
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing platforms for effective lead nurturing
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Fluent in written and spoken English for effective communication
