Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and train new agents while developing revenue growth strategies with brokers
- Coordinate sales and retention activities in a team environment to enhance the benefits selling experience
- Utilize internal systems for tracking and metrics while adhering to confidentiality standards
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in ancillary insurance or employee benefits sales
- Active Life & Health License is required
- In-depth knowledge of group insurance products
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
