Job Summary
A company is looking for a Microsoft Partner Manager responsible for driving the success of their Microsoft channel and expanding their footprint through strategic VAR relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and evolve the Microsoft partnership strategy and foster relationships with key stakeholders
- Build and nurture relationships with VARs, supporting their success and identifying new market opportunities
- Launch and manage joint go-to-market campaigns and oversee partnership operations and compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in partnership management or business development, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Deep understanding of Microsoft partner programs and enterprise software
- Proven track record of building VAR ecosystems and driving joint go-to-market initiatives
- Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI tracking and reporting
