Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Talent Acquisition/Sales Recruiter (Trilingual: Portuguese, Spanish, English language skills) on a remote fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 15-20 open sales roles across multiple countries and verticals
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies, including candidate sourcing and assessment
- Build relationships to create a pipeline of sales candidates for current and future openings
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in corporate talent acquisition, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience recruiting across multiple geographic regions in EMEA is preferred
- Proven track record of attracting high potential sales talent
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is required
