Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand a portfolio of commercial auto finance relationships in the dealer community
- Lead business development efforts and implement strategies to retain and grow dealer relationships
- Ensure compliance with loan agreements and maintain strong asset quality through regular financial reviews
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Commercial Relationship Manager with automotive dealers
- Demonstrated success in business development and customer retention
- Well-developed credit, analytical, and financial acumen
- Proven ability to build productive interpersonal relationships in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities
