We are a growing mobile detailing company looking for a motivated and organized Sales & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, client communication, and office management, while also contributing to sales growth and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and text messages
• Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and maintain organized records
• Manage Google Sheets, Google Docs, and spreadsheets for tracking leads and jobs
• Support sales by qualifying leads, booking jobs, and following up with prospects
• Keep office operations organized and efficient
• Assist with social media updates and Instagram posting
• Optional but preferred: Edit short videos/reels/TikTok for promotions and marketing
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with phone calls, scheduling, and client outreach
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Sales or customer support experience preferred
• Social media management or video editing skills a plus
