Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Vice President of Retail Field Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of District Sales Managers and Territory Account Executives to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Drive operational excellence through talent identification, analytical skills, and effective execution of processes
- Develop and implement strategic vision and planning to foster continuous improvement and team motivation
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in relevant industries, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven ability to operate effectively at both strategic and hands-on execution levels
- Experience in building and scaling sales in emerging markets or new product categories
- Strong collaborator with a track record of fostering a results-driven and inclusive culture
- Background in the retail or point-of-sale (POS) industry is a plus
