Key Responsibilities
- Guide prospects through onboarding calls, demos, and training sessions for smaller inbound leads
- Drive conversion by managing the sales process for small deal tiers, ensuring trial users become paying customers
- Teach new users how to effectively use the product, answering questions and highlighting best practices
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, customer support, or customer success roles
- Strong product knowledge mindset with a passion for learning and teaching software
- Comfortable running a structured sales process for small, high-volume deals
- Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
- Ability to follow and refine structured playbooks for consistent results
