Sales Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team in San Diego.

Key Responsibilities

• Book groups of 10-125 rooms to meet monthly and annual revenue goals
• Prospect market segments and maintain relationships with clients and industry organizations
• Deliver customized proposals and contracts in a timely manner while achieving sales activity standards

Required Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is required; luxury hotel experience preferred
• At least 1 year of hotel/resort sales experience or 2 years in hotel/resort management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Delphi proficiency preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to address guest needs effectively
• Ability to assess problems and implement creative solutions
