A company is looking for a Strategic Account Director responsible for engaging top strategic accounts and developing high-value customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish executive-level credibility and communicate product value to existing customers
- Develop account plans, identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensure profitable revenue growth
- Lead and motivate account managers while maintaining strong client relationships and tracking sales activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- 10 years of selling experience, including 5 years managing large customers in a B2B environment
- 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience in sales or client management with a strong ability to build relationships
- Demonstrated success in developing senior-level business relationships and knowledge of the relevant industry
