Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Sales Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Executives to shape deal strategy and manage the technical side of complex sales cycles
  • Act as the technical quarterback, coordinating resources and ensuring timely resolution of technical blockers
  • Deliver tailored demos and workshops that align IAM capabilities with customer objectives


Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a related technical pre-sales role in the IAM space
  • Proven experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles, including demos and proof-of-concept delivery
  • Strong understanding of IAM principles, enterprise IT architectures, and system security measures
  • Hands-on expertise with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern integration approaches
  • Proficiency with modern programming/scripting languages (Python, Go, Java, C#, etc.)
