Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive I - West Coast.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the leasing process from application through agreement execution, ensuring timely processing of inquiries
- Analyze equipment specifications and site plans, and collaborate with Site Management for approval and placement
- Provide rent analyses and updates to the Leasing Manager, and review lease agreements prior to submission
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Associate's Degree in a related field and 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a H.S. Diploma/GED with 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
- Visual ability correctable to 20/20
