Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager to empower their revenue team through effective onboarding, training, and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day operations of GTM Revenue Enablement, including onboarding and continuous training programs
  • Assist in evaluating and updating the onboarding program and help sellers develop foundational skills for success
  • Support the design of optimal learning experiences and build strong relationships with sales leads to meet training needs
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Process roles at a cybersecurity, fintech, or fast-growing startup
  • Experience working closely with Sales Leadership and Product Marketing
  • Familiarity with LMS administration and course building is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving team environment
  • Clear sense of ownership and accountability
