Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the international growth strategy for LATAM and APAC
• Recruit and activate regional partners and distributors to enhance market adoption
• Drive partner-sourced revenue and establish program KPIs for measuring success

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in international business development or partnerships
• 7+ years of people leadership experience
• Proven track record of building and scaling markets through partnerships in LATAM
• Experience in co-selling, co-marketing, and partner-led demand generation
• Ability to speak Spanish is preferred
