Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing enterprise SaaS sales team
- Drive strategy and lead the Strategic Accounts team to exceed sales objectives
- Develop relationships with C-level executives and lead complex deal structuring
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in third-line management of enterprise SaaS teams
- 10+ years of experience in the software industry, preferably in business applications
- Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives in Global 2000 accounts
- Experience engaging with C-level executives and developing value-based relationships
- Demonstrated competence in sales methodologies and executing land and expand strategies
