A company is looking for a Federal Account Manager, Inside.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop quotes for federal customers and manage deal registration, shipment tracking, and accounts receivable
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to secure incremental revenue and develop new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with federal procurement processes and provide excellent customer service to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience in an Inside Sales Support role focused on federal government business
- Hands-on experience with federal procurement processes and portals
- Ability to quote multi-line IT solutions including networking, security, and hardware
- Working knowledge of pricing math and terms & conditions
- Experience with government-wide acquisition contracts (GWACs) is a plus
