Federal Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Federal Account Manager, Inside.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop quotes for federal customers and manage deal registration, shipment tracking, and accounts receivable
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to secure incremental revenue and develop new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with federal procurement processes and provide excellent customer service to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in an Inside Sales Support role focused on federal government business
• Hands-on experience with federal procurement processes and portals
• Ability to quote multi-line IT solutions including networking, security, and hardware
• Working knowledge of pricing math and terms & conditions
• Experience with government-wide acquisition contracts (GWACs) is a plus
