Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Partner (Sales) to manage sales compensation programs and oversee incentive payouts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the design and maintenance of sales incentive plans in alignment with company strategy
  • Process monthly and quarterly sales incentive commission payouts and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance leadership to evaluate plan effectiveness and recommend adjustments
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years of direct compensation experience, including three years in sales compensation administration
  • Experience with salary surveys, job evaluations, and incentive programs is required
  • Experience with Workday preferred; familiarity with MarketPay is a plus
  • Proven ability to consult and collaborate with HR partners and senior leaders on compensation matters
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field preferred; CCP certification is a plus
